After two months of missing all of our customers’ beautiful faces, the Portland FANTASY stores are scheduled to reopen Tuesday, May 19th. (Please see store locations for hours, as they have changed.)
COVID-19 remains a threat to public health, however, and we all need to do our part to contain the spread of the virus. We’re following guidelines from the Oregon Health Authority and taking a few additional steps, unique to our business, to protect both our employees and customers.
Among the many steps we’re taking, we ask that all employees and customers abide by the following guidelines:
- Please maintain at least six feet of distance between other people, when at all possible.
- All employees and customers must wear a cloth, paper, or disposable face covering while in the store. Disposable face masks will be provided, if needed.
- Employees will be regularly cleaning and sanitizing all touched surfaces. We ask that customers please be mindful of this, avoid making our employees’ jobs more difficult, and not take it personally if we seem a little OCD. Stores will be amply supplied with hand sanitizer for employee and customer use.
Employees will likely have additional instructions or guidelines for you when you visit our stores. We ask that you please comply with our safety protocols. Anyone who does not cooperate or who is negligent of the safety of others will be asked to leave. Yes, that means keep your mask on!
This does mean we’re going to continue to miss the full beauty of your faces! We know, it’s difficult for everyone. But eyes are the window to the soul, right? And within the next few weeks, we hope to have a selection of fun, fashionable face coverings to compliment your style.
